The Challenge
Zenith aimed to create an all-electric hypercar that could shatter records, requiring a battery and powertrain system capable of delivering extreme, sustained power output without overheating or degradation.
The BOLT Solution
We engineered a bespoke, low-profile HyperCell battery pack with a groundbreaking immersion cooling system. This was paired with a quad-motor DriveCore powertrain, providing instantaneous torque vectoring and over 1500 horsepower.
The Outcome
The Zenith Apex achieved a 0-60 mph time of under 1.9 seconds and completed a full lap of the Nürburgring 7 seconds faster than the previous EV record, all while maintaining stable battery temperatures.
The TerraHauler: Electrifying Long-Haul Logistics

The Challenge
Titan needed to decarbonize its fleet of commercial trucks without compromising on range, payload capacity, or turnaround time. The key was developing an EV semi-truck that could travel over 500 miles on a single charge and refuel quickly.
The BOLT Solution
BOLT supplied a high-density, 1MWh HyperCell battery pack, optimized for longevity and durability. We complemented this with our 350kW Nexus DC fast-charging technology, establishing a network of chargers along Titan's key shipping routes.
The Outcome
The TerraHauler fleet now averages 550 miles per charge and can recharge to 80% in under 30 minutes. Titan has reported a 60% reduction in fleet operating costs and has eliminated over 100,000 metric tons of CO2 annually.
The CityPod: Smart Urban Delivery

The Challenge
Swift needed a compact, efficient, and safe autonomous vehicle for last-mile package delivery in dense urban centers. The vehicle had to navigate complex city streets, operate for a full day on one charge, and be safe for pedestrians.

We provided a complete "skateboard" platform combining a compact HyperCell battery, an efficient single-motor DriveCore, and our full-stack Synapse AI for Level 4 autonomous navigation in complex urban environments.
The Outcome
The CityPod fleet has successfully completed over 1 million autonomous deliveries with zero safety incidents. Swift has increased its delivery efficiency by 40% and reduced its last-mile delivery carbon footprint to zero.
